The project trains specialists, standardizes planning tools, and promotes multi-sector dialogue among government, civil society, and research institutions. It also supports the development of implementing texts for land-use laws and coordination platforms for agricultural and infrastructure planning. By enhancing governance and technical expertise, the project seeks to align land-use planning with climate and conservation goals.
