Le MOP compl\u00e8te le mandat du fonds fiduciaire et est approuv\u00e9 et modifi\u00e9 par le conseil d&#8217;administration. Les mises \u00e0 jour du MOP peuvent concerner le texte principal ou appara\u00eetre dans une ou plusieurs de ses annexes. En tant que telle, elle sert \u00e0 guider (i) les partenaires du CAFI dans leurs activit\u00e9s de budg\u00e9tisation et d&#8217;\u00e9tablissement de rapports, ainsi que (ii) les organes de gouvernance du CAFI dans l&#8217;\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 et de l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 des propositions de projet et des rapports financiers re\u00e7us, et \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les discussions et les d\u00e9cisions en la mati\u00e8re.
