Alamine Ousmane Mey,<\/strong> ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie, de la Planification et du D\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional du Cameroun, lors de la s\u00e9ance de cl\u00f4ture de la r\u00e9union annuelle.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Parmi les principales r\u00e9alisations de la phase de d\u00e9marrage 2025-2026, on peut citer :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>21 des 33 \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s<\/strong> d\u00e9finies dans la lettre d&#8217;intention ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 franchies (3) ou sont en cours de r\u00e9alisation (18), telles que,\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;adoption du d\u00e9cret du 29 d\u00e9cembre 2025 (n\u00b0 2025\/03044) stipulant que tout programme, projet ou initiative de transformation (financ\u00e9 par des fonds nationaux ou \u00e9trangers) doit pr\u00e9senter au MINEPAT, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du processus, un rapport d&#8217;alignement d\u00e9montrant sa coh\u00e9rence avec la Strat\u00e9gie nationale de d\u00e9veloppement<\/li>\n<li>Trois plans r\u00e9gionaux d&#8217;am\u00e9nagement du territoire ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s (Ouest, Centre et Adamaoua)<\/li>\n<li>Le projet de transition agro\u00e9cologique \u00ab Guichet \u00bb a atteint 50 % de son niveau de mise en \u0153uvre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plus de 320 000 producteurs de cacao et de caf\u00e9<\/strong> se sont inscrits sur la nouvelle plateforme num\u00e9rique de subventions de la FODECC, d\u00e9passant ainsi l&#8217;objectif fix\u00e9 pour cette premiere phase<\/li>\n<li><strong>Plus de 93 millions de dollars<\/strong> de subventions CAFI ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s, dont la majeure partie est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 des projets structurants portant sur la gouvernance, l&#8217;agriculture durable et la gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des paysages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab CAFI reste pleinement engag\u00e9e aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du Cameroun pour soutenir cette dynamique, dans un esprit de partenariat, d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de transparence et d\u2019apprentissage collectif,<strong><em>\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <strong>Berta Pesti<\/strong>, responsable du Secr\u00e9tariat de CAFI.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Avec la mise en service de ses projets phares, le Cameroun se positionne comme <strong>un leader r\u00e9giona<\/strong>l en mati\u00e8re d\u2019acc\u00e8s national direct au financement international de la lutte contre le changement climatique.
