{"id":10149,"date":"2017-07-13T15:17:49","date_gmt":"2017-07-13T15:17:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cafi.argusservices.in\/news\/cafi-et-le-secteur-forestier-en-rdc-les-faits-et-notre-position\/"},"modified":"2017-07-13T15:17:49","modified_gmt":"2017-07-13T15:17:49","slug":"cafi-et-le-secteur-forestier-en-rdc-les-faits-et-notre-position","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/cafi.org\/fr\/news\/cafi-et-le-secteur-forestier-en-rdc-les-faits-et-notre-position\/","title":{"rendered":"CAFI et le secteur forestier en RDC : les faits et notre position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>4 juillet 2017<\/strong><\/em> :&nbsp;Ces derniers mois, un certain nombre d&#8217;ONGs internationales, dont la Fondation du Royaume Uni pour la For\u00eat tropicale (Rainforest Foundation UK), ont publiquement interpell\u00e9 CAFI et ses bailleurs sur une proposition de programme portant sur la gestion durable des for\u00eats en RDC, proposition d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un appel public \u00e0 manifestation d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat, publi\u00e9&nbsp;<a href=\"\/fr\/news-centre\/drcongo-new-call-redd-proposals\">ici<\/a>&nbsp;en Novembre 2016. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CAFI est convaincue que le dialogue avec les ONGs internationales est n\u00e9cessaire, et d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 continuer les \u00e9changes constructifs avec elles. Les d\u00e9fis de la RDC, et de la r\u00e9gion d&#8217;Afrique centrale dans son ensemble, sont en effet bien trop complexes pour une seule initiative.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, certaines informations ayant circul\u00e9 m\u00e9-repr\u00e9sentent la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un communiqu\u00e9 (en anglais) &#8220;<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.regjeringen.no\/no\/aktuelt\/rainforest-foundation-uk-misleads-the-public-about-the-international-communitys-efforts-to-preserve-congos-forests\/id2564628\/\">Rainforest Foundation UK misleads the public about the international community&#8217;s efforts to preserve Congo&#8217;s forests<\/a>&#8221;&nbsp;<\/b><i><b>(la Fondation du Royaume Uni pour la For\u00eat tropicale trompe le public sur les efforts de la communaut\u00e9 internationale visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9server les for\u00eats du Congo&#8221;)<\/b>&nbsp;<\/i>a \u00e9t\u00e9 post\u00e9 sur le site du Minist\u00e8re norv\u00e9gien du Climat et de l&#8217;Environnement, le bailleur principal de CAFI, le 13 juillet 2017. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un effort de continuer \u00e0 ancrer le dialogue dans les faits d\u00e9montr\u00e9s, une note, intitul\u00e9e&nbsp;<a href=\"\/fr\/le-secteur-forestier-en-rdc-nuance-et-complexe\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Complexe et nuanc\u00e9 : le contexte de la foresterie et de la perte de couvert forestier en RDC&#8221;<\/a>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 produite.
